We decided to keep this pregnancy offline, and it felt so special to have it be just ours. What fun we had sharing the news with friends and family, strangers and acquaintances, all in real life 🥰

It was such a gift to live in the moment without feeling like I had to post every part of it. In a world where it’s become so normal to overshare, it felt sacred to keep our happy news to ourselves until the time was right ❤️

That being said… I couldn’t not share a few maternity photos now that we’ve shared our news — captured so beautifully by the amazing @giamophotography ✨

We quietly welcomed the newest little love into our family, and our hearts have never felt so full.

These first few days as a family of four have been slow, tender, and completely wrapped in wonder. Madi is the most adoring big sister, and we’re soaking up every cuddle, every yawn, every moment that reminds us just how fleeting this season is.

I didn’t share this pregnancy online, so this may come as a bit of a surprise — but it felt so special to keep it close until now.

This also happens to be my 1000th post, which feels like the sweetest way to honour everything this space has held — love, stories, beginnings.

I’ll be on maternity leave for the next little while as we settle in and find our rhythm in this new season. Thank you for being here, for cheering us on, and for holding space as we soak in the magic of these first weeks 🤍
